The course seems to be outdated as the getbootstrap.com page shown in the course differed from a search in August 2023

NO. because bootstrap version now is 5.0. And this is very old bootstrap. Just to know the concept is ok. but its not worth.

Needs updating with Bootstrap4+. Spent a lot of time perusing online help outside of this course, only to find the answers supplied in a .pdf doc at the end. Please just re-upload a few videos to use new classes. Also, the resolution of the video presented sporadically changes. I thought it was my connection, but the breaks in resolution are part of the video. Otherwise the instruction is good. Please update the course.

I like this short course. The overview and examples were practical. I did spot the human errors in the material as they were written which was essentially a good means of identifying them for myself. The screen recording seemed a little dark on my screen / harder to see - even with my device screen adjusted. Otherwise I really enjoyed the short course. Thanks in advance.

I am completely new to Bootstrap, so it was informative. I did notice that the code did not render as it should have. I also had a very difficult time seeing the code; very blurry.

Not a bad introduction to bootstrap. The real issue for me was understanding why certain bootstrap classes were used in each particular case. For a simple navbar it was easy to understand, but for the carousel I think a little bit more time should be spent on why each class name is used and also why the role type = "listbox" was made. That aside, I can now get a basic bootstrap page with a navbar up and running very quickly, for the rest I will refer to the documentation.

It is a good tutorial at start he gives you good tips good resources to use he explain every thing easily and nice . But it need more to be for beginner level like just : 1-Full simple project to be completed. 2-Say goodbye :) to know this is the last of our course. It is a good one to get start with bootstrap basics . Good luck :) .

Too fast-paced for a beginner with little knowledge of HTML (or CSS or JS) - hard to keep up, but lots of information to make you want to look forward to learning more about Bootstrap.

I really like the instructor! The only issue I have with this lesson is that it is hard to follow along due to the fact that his cursor is invisible, so when he is describing certain areas and using his cursor to circle them or something, you cannot see what he is addressing...

Clear instructions. Lessons are quite short so there's not too much to take in at a time. But he does just tell you stuff and you've no idea where it's come from. There are obviously a load of Bootstrap defaults in terms of CSS classes. It would have been useful to have looked at some of these or at least had a link to where they can be found.

This is a great quick introduction to bootstrap, the only problem was on the last lesson he refers to moving this area over another, but you can't see what he is referring to until he edits the code to do this.

*Update*: Since my initial rating, I've communicated with the instructor over some of my concerns after enrolling in the course & appreciate being able to offer some feedback; I'm adjusting my rating to reflect it. The instructor is leaving out some background information that would be a helpful for those learning to build a website for the first time using Bootstrap. There are no references to the coding tool that's being used, for example. While I eventually searched online for the one the instructor is using "Brackets", it would've been helpful if the instructor spent a little time sharing that.

For a beginner learning bootstrap, I did not find that the course really explained the concepts for that of a beginner. I did learn a bit...but was confused on many occasions. Struggled through but perhaps my skill level didn't match that of the course. This course seemed more appropriate for those with more knowledge/understanding of bootstrap.
