I already Made some Experiences with Meditation and mindfulness, But I appreciate the scientific Facts about Meditation of this course. Alina Gives solid informations and especially easy tips, to integrate Meditation in your Daily life. I like her lovely Meditation videos with her calm Voice and different techniques of Meditations and the opportunity to download Them and to find a Meditation that works for me. Thanks for the lovely and informative course ??ā€ā™€ļø

I wasn't sure if meditation is for me, but this course helped me understand that meditation doesn't have to be what you picture it to be: sitting cross-legged and still. I would definitely recommend the course. I learned a lot and Alina is a good teacher.

This course is absolutely amazing! I love to listen to Alinas soft, calming voice. She explains very well about meditation and mindfulness. Not to long, not to short. In between there are these beautiful meditation excercises. She gives us homework aswell and brings us step by step closer to a nice proper meditation practice.
