Spring Framework and Spring Boot for Java

I found this course to deliver what I expected out of it when I bought it recently and that is trying to get a better understanding of Spring boot. I knew this course was created a few years ago, but I feel like I learned a lot. Thank you for the work that went into it and I'm looking forward to the mentors other courses.

I have been using John's courses since 2013 and he is no doubt the most knowledgeable person on anything java related.

This was a wonderful course! I only had a couple of issues with something being outdated, but they served as good exercises for me to solve them without an answer already being given. I would absolutely recommend this to any other colleague wanting to start learning Spring and Spring Boot.

Material is what I wanted to learn. But it seems as if the presentation is unnecessarily convoluted and often unclear, which means I have to struggle on my own to get things running (as in real life of course). Although of course, the subject is complicated. Course has the feel of being taught by someone not always sure of his own knowledge of the material..he's just one step ahead of me. Also, his soft voice makes him difficult to hear.

The course material is simply too much.... Would be better with less topic, but with deeper explanation.

Great course and explanation. Need a little up-to-date improvements, but course itself is fundamental.

In general, content is good, John is a pretty good instructor. However, as the course was created a couple of years ago, the methods he tutors do not work properly and the code does not get executed. If you want to do self-research on why certain parts of the program do not work, in that case, this course is your best option. In addition to the above said, John and his assistants do not respond to the request in the forum in a timely manner. If they could provide timely responses, then this course would earn a solid respect.
