An excellent course. I particularly liked learning about the syntactical differences between JSON and JS objects and seeing AJAX from both the JS and jQuery perspectives. The “parse / stringify” example forced me to think and I learned a lot. The built-in looping technique with “var x” was a revelation. In short, I am very happy to recommend the course. I will definitely be studying with Mr. Svekis again !

The course is good. But some more explanation about AJAX and JS was actually needed. The instructor jumped around too fast. He also didn't go into important topics such as API keys, authorization, and promises.

I had trouble with settings in brackets as Es lint was not configured. It did not work in same way and was giving trouble reading global variables. I hope this configuration was explained in the course.

A few good tips in here, but oftentimes Laurence's rapid-fire Javascript was hard to follow. He also didn't go into important topics such as API keys, authorization, query strings, and promises (very necessary for API calls). I did appreciate the long list of public APIs, however.
