I have a habit of watching these as entertainment instead of education, but i wanted something to help calm my mind, i've been using these regularly the beauty is they are quick to do and they are working.

To be honest, I was a little nervous when I first saw the title of the course. Can Brandon the super achiever pull this off? But half-way through the course, I knew that my fears were unfounded because as usual, Brandon never fails to surprise and impress, and I know- now more than ever, that I can count on Brandon to untangle and unravel the complexities of life for me.

The author seems to grasp perfectly the purpose of meditation. I have the feeling that I finally (after several failed attempts and modest progress) will get into meditation practice, for life. I highly recommend this course.

Brandon courses are normally very good. I highly recommend his 300 books/year, which is a 5+ star course. However, this course was a bit disappointed as I had high expectations. It's not a bad course bad but it feels like it's not "finished" and too basic., so far from "Mastery". It is a short basic introduction to a few different meditations techniques.

I just finished the course last Sunday, tried doing all the different kinds of meditation taught in this course, when I started working the next day I felt different, I feel that I'm refresh and focus. This course is worth your time. Thank you for always blowing our minds like a nuclear weapon launched from North Korea. LOL. Keep doing awesomesauce course Brandon. \m/

I have meditated before but never as siimple as this. Meditation is definitely a solo type of exercise but the benefits from it exceeds expectations at any level. Brandon makes a complex subject very simple to understand. Meditatoin is like a habit to ground ourselves and know ourselves better than we do now. The meditation techniques shown by Brandon with a good historical explanation on it provides the calm and well being that I believe all of us are trying to attain. I am glad that I went through this course to get in touch with myself. regards, Jim
