The course is very basic and the Course/s is/are not updated One Time Shot and that's it, next course... Plus the course of Pfsense is devided into two Courses why is this?!!! the Lab of the Pfsense Course should be included in the course. one can make a course and devided into 10 courses just only to profit. EdgeRouter X Sold Out, you should mention if we can use a different version. Please show when you plug and unplug the cables on the router.

The instructor does his job very well, examples are well picked, clear and he knows how to convey the information. Unfortunately, the contents of the course are rather minimal. It's not much more than a basic networking course on a Mickey Mouse type of network. Especially the section about VPNs is very short and there were no examples on EdgeOS. While I'm ok with the fact that this is a beginner's course, it is way to marginal. I was hoping to get more insight specifically into EdgeOS and some of its internals. A few proposals for future lectures: - Lectures about setting up IPsec and OpenVPN using EdgeOS - An introduction to the CLI. As far as I understand, there's an operational mode and a configuration mode. Even beginners should know this fact as they will for sure hit the command line after 4 weeks of operation. At the latest, when they try to start automating things. - EdgeOS is based on Linux. It would be very interesting to see what some GUI operations actually do on the system. E.g. After adding a VLAN interface in the GUI, how does that look like in "plain old linux"? Same goes for operations on firewall rules. How do they look like in iptables? Does the standard Linux netfilter state machine apply in the background, or is there more? I'd really love to see an UBRSA course by the instructor.

Good course however vpn section should be with the lab even if in official UBRSS Training Guide there is no examples. In this days is a must!

The instruction was well organized and well presented. I have signed up for other classes from this instructor.

I was hoping for the VPN section to be more hands on with IPSEC or GRE. It's a pretty basic video series in my opinion and could be worked on.

I have quite a bit of networking knowledge, but wasn't sure how to implement it to get my router up and running. This was a pretty good course to do just that. Good labs and did a good job of explaining some key concepts. A pretty basic user could use this to get their router up and running and explains some fundamental concepts that need to be understood.

Very informative course about Ubiquiti devices. Excellent teaching and covering most of the topics. Very helpful to know about Ubiquiti Switches and Routers.
