The name of the course is web analytics, and the course is mostly about selling online and creating website elements, but not the actual analytics! Metrics are briefly covered at the beginning, but maybe for 20 minutes from all 5 hours. Also, the teacher relies on well known brands and then shows some really awfully looking websites or elements that do not look good quality at all. In any case, I expected a course about analytics, and did not find it here. Waste of money and time.

The further down the course the audio quality gets bad. All in all the instructor was good and the lessons were not bad.

Want to know why your website customers don't convert? Want to know what to change? Or any changes in the design that adversely affect your income? Christine does a great job of explaining the why's behind the data and helping you or your clients succeed. This is a must course for every small business owner or web consultant.

Pros: The content provided is really very well structured and consistent. The teacher is native english speaker and that is pleasant to listen to. You can tell that material provided is a summary from real business experience and that is awesome. Cons: There were some practical examples, but I missed deeper layer (but might be my expectations were wrong and my experience is higher). And what is up with the quality of videos starting from around 8-9th chapter. Many videos were not loading. Since I have read more of such complains I assume this is not my problem. Would recommend this course for someone who wants to take an action in CRO.

Another great course from Christine Maisel! I have taken several of her courses, and I am always very impressed with the content. This course was no different! Great walk-through of analytics set-up and how to utilize that information to increase conversions for your business/site, as well as very handy resources to help you follow-up with action items after each section. My only issue was that there were some slight audio issues in the back half of the course. The audio started sounding somewhat tinny in some of the lectures. Overall, I would definitely recommend the course to anyone!
