Terrible audio... volume changes each chapter varying from too low to distorted & clipping. Or there is a loud 60 cycle hum throughout. It's annoying and distracting.
Ideally these problems are prevented by using a decent audio setup (suitable microphone & audio interface) during the recording phase but even after recording there are ways to FIX or at least MINIMIZE the problems.
There is noise reduction software available (applications or VST plugins) such as the RX collection by iZotope, Acon Digital Restoration Suite or numerous others that can remove the hum, fix the clipping and make the volume level consistent between lessons.
With today's technology and google (to find the right tools) there is little excuse for delivering such poor audio quality.

I am very grateful to the author for this course. I really like the presentation of the material. But the video and audio quality can be improved. Some materials are a bit outdated. But fundamental things do not age.

I am still unable to apply it practically in field. So continuing further.
Most of the part of section 5,6 and 7 is based on Linux and command line based Tshark which I don't understand.

Taking this course on Wireshark, I got better understanding about how to use Wireshark to monitor systems, filter by IPs, Protocols and and look for session handshakes, read packets contents, and even process video contents in intercepted packets from binaries format to real world formats. This course gave me confidence working on my raspberry pi networked systems.

It was not clear that this is a tshark class not Wireshark, also this is based on Linux which most users do not have. I was expecting more instruction using the GUI

The Jury is still out. The presenter goes over material rather rapidly, and seems to be ad blibbing the content. The second video appeared to be over and then a repeated seciton was tacked onto the end telling me not much attention to the editing of the content was a priority of the Instructor. I am hoping the course gets better as I go.

The video produce Errors every 10-20 seconds even with my network speeds at close to a Gig. Making the course practically useless. If Tech Support can assist I will change my rating, but as it stands this is trash.

Great Resource and a I love how the "mistakes" were kept in to show the errors we may come across while working with Wireshark! I highly recommend this to any Cyber Security professional! I would definitely like to see a updated version with the new UI!

I was expecting this course to have more information about packet analysis. Instead, it was mostly about setting up Wireshark through a terminal. What little time was spent in Wireshark was filtering packets in the GUI. There was no packet analysis. Furthermore, the instructor rambled quite often, and would often go off topic. Some of the videos had a terrible buzzing. Also, some videos had a very low volume level that caused me to have to increase my volume, and others would be terribly loud.

Audio recording is terrible, even with my headphones. A few video has humming, other video you can barely head him talk. I am wearing headphones. The content seems to average, could find better free videos.

The course is mostly good. There are some room for improvements. Some of the modules has a very bad sound, while others have good sound.

its more like a command line security tool rather than you have to teach us how to use the actual wire-shark tool. I am pretty disappointed about how they teach regarding the tool

Not what I was expecting. More about how to use Linux to interact with Wireshark, than about actually using Wireshark. Barely even mentioned what kind of information is contained within packet captures or how to read/use it. Also the audio in the first 17 or so tutorials contains a low frequency hum that is very loud and distracting.

It is just what I needed to learn about wirehsark. A lot of details and technical guidance on where is what and how to use expressions easier and quicker to find the answer I am looking for
