1) the presenter does not have a logical structure e.g. going from large ideas to small ones 2) the presenter uses too much undefined jargon e.g. RSS CSS PHP etc 3) the presenter speaks too fast. he speaks in exceptionally long sentences without breaks. he uses a lot of unecessary repetition. 4) the presenter's words occasionally break up or are jittery 5) what the presenter talks about is often unrelated to the text on the page 6) often the Background images are just a screensaver of unrelated images that add nothing to my understanding of course concepts. 7) there are too many words /points on each page and they are not all covered in the speaking. This means I have to stop him talking to take in what is on the screen. the writing is also VERY small compared to other classes i have taken in Udemy 8) The screenshots are too small to read, zooming in to highlight what he is talking about would help. I am doing this course on a 13" macbook air. 9) when he is doing something on screen he does not make it clear which environment he is working in. For example in Chapter 8 he is demonstrating something on screen very fast that I thought was in Wordpress, but it turns out it was actually his server software that doesn't even apply to my server. (unrelated specificity) 10) it wasn't until lecture 7 (more than 40 minutes into the 5 hour course ) that the first useful point came out.... it took me more than 3 hours of me trying to muddle through and understand what was being displayed on the screen by replaying and replaying and replaying and then zooming in etc. I am not an internet newbie either... i have created more than 40 websites over the years using a variety of tools. I want to be refunded for the time of my life that i have wasted on this as well as the money. thank you
